How We Work
Selling your property to Farrington Property couldn’t be easier!
Step 1. Apply online and send us details of your property or call our 24 hour phone line on 0845 055 9199. It only takes a couple of minutes.
Step 2. We will make you an ‘offer in principle’ usually without having to visit your house. This offer is normally 80-85% of current market value.
Step 3. If you accept our ‘Offer in principle’ we will survey your house and make you a written offer. The survey and offer are FREE of charge.
Step 4. We buy your house quickly and easily. You can use your own solicitor or we can arrange one for you. We even pay your solicitors fees up to £50 on completion.
Step 5. You chose a completion date to suit you; you are under no pressure to move out quickly, unless you want to.
Step 6. If you want, you can rent back your house and stay on as a tenant at an agreed rent for as long as you wish.
The whole process can normally be completed in a few short weeks, furthermore our service is totally confidential and nobody will ever know your house has been sold.

A: Our offer will normally be valid for a period of 7 days, this may be extended subject to further negotiations.

Q: Will anyone know we are selling?
A: The sale will be totally confidential we don’t erect estate agent for sale boards and if you decide to rent back then know one will know that either.
Q: Even though we have agreed to sell to you we are still being threatened with repossession, how do we stop this?
A: You shouldn’t need to worry about this as the solicitor will communicate with them on your behalf.
